Lubriflex^®

 

The degassing is, next to temperature and cleanliness, one f the most important factors in the life cycle of the oil. Optimised flow streams in the Lubriflex system are the basis for a nearly complete degassing. Harmful air (oxygen) is separated during a multistage process avoiding a premature aging of the lubricant.

This forward looking AS-technology reduces furthermore the remaining time of the oil in the vessel to approx. 10 minutes. Lubriflex requires approximately only halve the oil quantity than conventional systems.

This enables on the other hand a more compact construction, which reduces the requested space. The oil- lubrication system Lubriflex cares for a continuous and uniform lubrication as well as for the optimum viscosity temperature. This secures a long lasting and profitable machine availability.
