The GearRep service package was developed for repairs of the most diverse types of gears irrespective of the original manufacturer.

The repair of gears, compared to the manufacture of gears in series, requires special expertise and greater flexibility. It is necessary to know the cause of the damage and its effects.
After demounting and cleaning of the defective gear, each component is examined, the damage analyzed in detail and the results documented.
On the basis of a damage analysis report, an individual offer is made and, if required, modifications are planned and the necessary overmeasures, drawings and calculations made. After assembling the new and reusable components, the backlash in connection with the required bearing play is adjusted and the respective contact pattern is determined in order to check the correct tooth adjustment.
