The GearImprove service package is designed for optimizing and improving.
If required, the gearing parts are improved according to the newest standards and regulations and/or fitted with the most modern bearing technology which has higher dynamic and static load capacities.
If, for example, a gear frequently has bearing damage, the energy balance and the whole lubricating system are checked by AS experts and, if necessary, a switch from dip to circulation lubrication is carried out.
Via special jets, the bearings and meshing points are precisely sprayed with specially treated oil from the oil-circulation lubricating system (e.g. Lubriflex) and if necessary the lubricant level is raised or lowered via oil pockets, siphons or baffle plates.
