GearClone

The GearClone service package deals with the reproduction of transmissions which are no longer available, but nevertheless play an important role in machine availability.

Overmeasures of the original gear are taken and the required calculations and technical drawings made.

The gear experts of AS mount the gear with the newly manufactured gearing parts, shafts, bearings and with an optimized lubricating system in working order for connection to an oil-circulation lubricating system. Of course the customer also receives complete documentation for the transmission.
